2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can track its progress.
3. Processing Time (Fulfillment)

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s destination and the shipping method chosen during checkout. We may offer flat-rate shipping or the ability to choose faster shipping options. Additionally, free shipping may be available for certain orders—please check for eligibility at checkout.

7. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Once your order is processed and sent to Printful for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
8. Shipping Delays
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders promptly. However, please be aware that shipping delays can occur during busy seasons, holidays, or due to issues with the carrier. If there are significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when the order reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier or Printful, and we may request photos of the damaged item for a faster resolution.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly replace the item at no extra cost.
Please double-check your size and shipping information before ordering.
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accommodate size exchanges or address mistakes after purchase.
